Aarsi India reserves the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.  PRICING POLICY FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE:

At www.aarsiindia.com we are committed to offering shopping convenience, exceptional service, and an exciting product selection at competitive prices. Aarsi India reserves the right to change these prices from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.

 ONLINE PAYMENT:

All payments on www.aarsiindia.com are securely processed. We will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order. 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to aarsi.india@gmail.com we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled or modified. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ruchi Kulshreshtha  and accepts Ruchi Kulshreshtha’s  decision regarding the cancellation.

 

No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases:

  • All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • There will be no return /exchange /replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.
  • We will not Exchange or Return with Minor color and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers/laptops/phones or maybe photographic lighting sources the color of the image and product may slightly differ. 
  • Also, we already clear that each product is handcrafted.
  • We will not refund if the address found incorrect or outdated.
  • We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
  • In case of refund approval, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Please note all the prices are excluding Custom duties, shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

 

SALE AND PROMOTION:

The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is at the sole discretion of  Ruchi Kulshreshtha  and she reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.

The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be at the sole discretion of Aarsi India.

No return or Exchange will be accepted on the sales items. For more details read our returns and exchange policy.

 Ruchi Kulshreshtha  reserves the right, at any time, to amend/add/remove/modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of sale, or to replace, wholly or in part, this promotion by another promotion, whether similar to this promotion or not, or to withdraw it all together, and Ruchi Kulshreshtha’s decision in this regard shall be final and requires no intimation to the customer of any sort.

FAQs

1. When can I expect to receive my order?

Order processing time (the amount of time from when we receive your order to the time it is shipped out) is approximately 2-5 business days and for custom orders, it takes upto 2 weeks. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us and consider upgrading shipping to ensure its timely arrival. While we do our best to have a quick processing time, please understand that we cannot guarantee an orders delivery time due to Courier Service delayed processing and shipping times.

2. Do you offer wholesale?

Due to the intricate and time-consuming nature of our earrings, wholesale is not available. However ,we do batches of 10 -15 similar earring which will not be a 100% replica as these are handmade. We would never want to rush our earrings because of a deadline and produce something that isn’t up to our usual standards.

3. Do you do custom orders?

Yes! The most popular custom orders. I take on 2-4 custom orders per month. If interested, pls drop us your requirement via Email or message through Contact Us (page).

4. Are your earrings heavy?

Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight! Some of our larger pairs of earrings weight is also very lightweight, less than 10 grams.

5. How should I care for my earrings?

Polymer clay is a water-resistant, super lightweight, slightly flexible material. While it is durable and flexible, pieces are very delicate, flowers in particular, in order to give it a more realistic look. Pieces should not be easily broken, but they should still never be intentionally bent, pulled, or dropped.

For cleaning, a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or make-up remover will help clean away any makeup or other dirt from clay components and gold findings.
